It’s here! A big ol’ sale of items that either we’re selling or helping our clients to sell. Since these are large pieces for the most part, we’re not shipping (except one item - see below!). Locals, have at it!! Let’s make a deal!

1. White Oak and Iron coffee table. Measures 34.5"w x 58.25"l x 16.5”h. If you’ve followed along here for a while, you might recognize it. I’ve had many questions about this table over the years and I’m a little sad to let her go! Great condition and is SOLID. Custom made, asking $500.

2. Restoration Hardware King bed - includes headboard, side rails, and foot board. Brand new in packaging, never assembled, and READY TO GO - no lead time!! White textured linen weave Perennials fabric (Perennials is a fantastic indoor/outdoor, cleanable material). 60”h headboard. Retails for $3140, asking $2,400.

3. Framed abstract canvas. White/blue-grey/brown. 55” square. Dark brown float frame. Retails for $800+, asking $300.

4. West Elm lamp w/custom shade. Like the coffee table, this lamp has been the subject of many requests and offers! A little painful to let go! 22.75”h x 14”d. $75

5. Black washed oak dining chairs. Cotton/linen seat. I have two but Sadie the puppy chewed on one :( 21.75"w x 22.00"d x 34.00"h. Retails for $355, asking $200.

6. Restoration Hardware classic slope arm sofa. Two cushion seat, Perennials textured linen in mist (light gray), standard fill. Had 2 of these, 1 sold. Lightly used. 7’l x 38”d x 32”h. Retails for $5,595, asking $3,000

7. Custom framed black/white bull photo. White frame has chip but could be easily touched up with paint. Measures 53”w x 37.75”h. $200

9. This one we can ship!!! 3 double rolls of Thibaut shang extra fine sisal in dark grey. Despite the name, it’s a medium grey tone. Each roll covers 72 sf. Retails for $320/roll, asking $160/roll.
