The Pipe Lane project was a full gut renovation of a home originally built in 1979 that lacked any real character or charm. The first floor was fully rethought with a new kitchen, living room, dining room, office, and family room. We also reconfigured the second floor to accommodate a family of four and create a true primary suite. The home evolved from bland to warm, cozy and vibrant.
